About us and Petcave
It all started in 2023 when “petcave” creator Michael Traynor set out to create a pet cave solution for his Staffordshire terrier “Isey”. After finding nothing on the market to suit his and Isey’s needs….
The brief was clear, this pet cave had to be:
- Adaptable to Isey’s current dog bed.
- Capable of adjusting the cover height.
- Easy to assemble & dismantle for taking on holidays.
After going through various design concepts of pro’s & cons the final Petcave design was developed and proved a success with Isey.
A fully adaptable pet cave for an existing dog bed that meets the design brief.
After showing the final product to family & friends the feed back from fellow pet owners was extremely positive.
The “Petcave” product is covered by a patent and now available in 3 sizes and a choice of cover colours.
