Where can my Petcave be delivered too?
Currently we are taking order from the UK only and your petcave can be shipped to anywhere in the UK.
What courier service do you use?
All our products are shipped using Royal Mail.
What delivery options are available?
We want to know that your Petcave gets delivered to you at a convenient time, so we offer the following delivery services provied by Royal Mail.
- 24 Hour Tracked
- 48 Hour Tracked
These services are based on orders being recieved before 1pm on the day of ordering.
Please also note that these delivery shedules are only estimates and are not guarenteed as per the Royal Mail’s Terms and conditions.
Will my Petcave fit through my letter box?
Unfortunatly not. Your Petcave will be delivered in our original packaging which is a 400mm x 300mm x 150mm box.
What if im not in when it gets delivered
When we organise your delivery, we will pass on to Royal Mail the email address and phone number that you porvide in the delivery infomation when you purchase your Petcave.
This will allow the recipiant to be aware of delivery updates and allow Royal Mail to offer alternitive delivery options if no one will be in.
